"But after a hundred years"
An exhibition on the life and work of the poet Annette von Droste-Hülshoff.
The occasion was her 225th birthday and the 175th anniversary of her death in 2023. Three artists combined these two time windows in order to implement an exhibition project that spans the years and anniversaries.
Industrial Museum Gut Rödinghausen
The exhibition took place for the first time in the Gut Rödinghausen Industrial Museum in Menden/Sauerland. Annette von Droste-Hülshoff had relatives here and was a guest on the estate.

She was probably the most important German poet of the 19th century - and one of the earliest and most important German-language poets of all.
